ONTO THE NEXT ONE

I was talking to one of my friends the other day when the topic of music videos came up. When we discussed what our favorite videos were, we were both at a loss of one particular video that stuck out in our minds. Fast forward a few days when I was parked on my living room couch (gotta love vacation) watching MTV Jams, when Jay-Z's "Onto The Next One" came on. I'd seen the video before but had forgotten how visually stunning it was. Undoubtedly a source of visual inspiration for me - I'm still trying to figure out how I can get copies of these screen grabs large enough to hang on my walls.

SEEING SOUNDS

A super cool idea for portable speakers. I don't have this but the reviews were all positive on UO's site. At under $20, it's a steal, even if it's just going to sit in your room as a decoration and occasional beach accessory.

Crystal Renn looks amaaaazing in these shots. A leopard beret and leopard corset? Yes, please. But, um, has anyone else noticed that this girl has dropped some serious poundage? Thoughts?

CUT ME OUT

Ordered these babies in black today. Can't wait to get them... and I love that they can be worn in warm or cold weather. Definitely gonna rock them with stockings until the weather's warm and I can pair with some boyfriend jeans or leggings.
