Not quite sure why shoe companies are debuting open-toed wedges on the cusp of the winter season. Totally impractical but still doesn't quell my love for wedges, especially these two-tone ones from Urban Outfitters (and for under $100?). When I first spotted them they reminded me of the shoes Erin Wasson wore in her V magazine shoot (photographed by Mario Testino - see second image). I can't remember now for the life of me what designer the black/white ones are, just that their image was forever burned in my head - definitely the ultimate mod summer wedge.
Even though temps are dropping quickly you could probably pull off this wedge with tights - only until it starts snowing, though.
